Join us in Bristol for the international symposium ‘The emotional Brain’ hosted by the European Consortium Cerebellum and Emotions (CEN), in collaboration with Bristol Neuroscience.
We will bring together international neuroscientists, early-career researchers, and collaborators for inspiring discussions, scientific insights, and networking opportunities.

International Symposium – The Emotional Brain
The meeting opens with a full-day symposium dedicated to understanding the role of the cerebellum in emotions, featuring talks from world-renowned international neuroscientists:
- Plenary talk by Andreas Lüthi (Friedrich Miescher Institute, Switzerland)
- Invited speakers:
- Daniela Popa (Institut de Biologie de l’ENS, France),

Art Exhibition: ‘The Art and Legacy of Ramon y Cajal’,
The day will include the public opening of the art exhibition ‘The Art and Legacy of Ramon y Cajal’, celebrating the pioneering work of Santiago Ramón y Cajal, featuring a keynote talk by Javier de Felipe (Instituto Cajal, Spain). This event will be the third stop of a much larger initiative organised by the Society of Spanish Researchers in the UK. Know more details about the exhibition and its content here.
